I acknowledge and understand that Romantasy Illustrated, has entered photographs, content, interviews, quotes and other forms of media that contains my image and or brand onto social media platforms or other forms of publication including but not limited to digital and print use in the magazine Romantasy Illustrated.*

I hereby grant to Romantasy Illustrated, their respective affiliates, parent company and its subsidiaries (hereinafter, “Sponsor”), the absolute and irrevocable royalty-free right to forever use the photograph, likeness, biographical story, content and/or other personal information that I submitted, approved, stated or sent, “the Materials”, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and in any medium including but not limited to radio, television, internet, print, electronic, digital and mobile, to adver*

I hereby grant my permission to the Sponsor to use, copy, publish, distribute, promote, perform, crop, create derivative works of, or otherwise use the Materials, or options of the Materials, without charge, for any purpose in connection with this Volume, Feature or Sponsor or Sponsor Affiliates’ business(es) in any format, media or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any copyright that may exist in the Materials.*

I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve the finished image, product, print publications, advertising copy or any other printed matter incorporating the Materials that may be used or to any other eventual use that it might be applied to.*

I hereby waive the right to any compensation associated with Sponsor’s use of the Materials.*

I hereby release any and all claims, demands, damages, and causes of action of any nature that I have or may hereafter have against the Sponsor or its affiliates arising out of said use of photo or in connection with this contest in anyway, including, but not limited to, any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right to publicity, infliction of emotional distress, negligence, any right, title or interest in the Materials, or any other physical or monetary injury.*

I hereby understand that I still own the rights to any materials that I created or generated myself and am granting the Sponsor use of them.*

I hereby understand that the use of Materials will not be slandered, destroyed or be portrayed in a negative light and are being used or included in a positive and respected manner.*

Note: It is not a part of the contract, but Romantasy illustrated strives to serve and support the bookish community. The use of your Materials is either requested for the impact that you serve in the community or the desire to support you in your bookish journey. We are a magazine by the book lovers and for the book lovers.

Social Media: It is not required, but a request for support and acceptance of Collaborations on social media. If it is desired, Collabs are highly encouraged. Romantasy Illustrated will design “Featured In” posts for each Volume that participants are able to utilize and share.

I hereby certify that I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this Release Form before signing below and warrant that I fully understand and agree to its contents.*
